Principal Responsibilities:Come be a part of the JCC Fitness Staff! Our Fitness Associates are responsible for the implementation and administration of member safety on the fitness floor, instructing members on proper use of the fitness equipment, and keeping all the cardio and fitness equipment clean and safe. $15-$16/Hr.
Minimum Qualifications:POSITION REQUIREMENT
- Staff fitness floor to assist members
- Monitor cardio, upper deck, stretch area, free weight rooms continually for member service and safety
- Monitor free weight area, cardio fitness floor, and basketball courts ever 20 minutes
- Help new and existing members exercise techniques and be able to talk and assist members as needed
- Follow and sign off on a daily deep cleaning schedule of fitness floor
- Reports to Health & Wellness Director and/or Fitness Supervisor
