???? Position: Flexologist

As a Flexologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional stretching sessions to our members. Your expertise will help clients feel their best and improve their overall health. If you have a passion for movement and a desire to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

???? Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, customizing each session to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and provide guidance on proper techniques.
• Assess clients mobility and provide recommendations for improving flexibility and overall wellness.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere that encourages clients to achieve their movement goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and promote membership retention.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

? Qualifications:

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Previous experience in a fitness, health, or wellness environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and fitness levels.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.
• Certification in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or related fields is a plus but not required.
