Fitting Finisher (NIGHT SHIFT) - NOV : Job Details

Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring!Our Burkburnett, TX Fiber Glass Systems manufacturing location is seeking motivated individuals to join our Global Family for immediate job opportunities in our Molded Fittings Department. These Night SHIFT manufacturing positions are routinely scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 10:30pm - 7:00am.This position is located in Burkburnett, TX, and plays an integral role in ensuring Safe and Quality final finishing of NOV Fittings before shipment to our customers.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Operates any equipment needed to perform job.* Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.* Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.* Utilize safe work habits.* Wear appropriate PPE.* Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures.* Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.* Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures.* Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:* High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.* Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.* Willing & able to work overtime and shift work as required.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to adapt and be cross trained to learn all job duties as required.* Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.* Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations.* Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes.* Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, & Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily.* Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily.* Lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
