We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market. Currently, we are searching for an experienced Service and Parts Director for our Fixed Operations Department at our Normal, IL dealership. We have a beautifully restored service center from top to bottom with multiple bays. You'll have the opportunity to oversee the most sought after franchises in retail automotive...Mercedes Benz, Audi, Volvo, Subaru, VW, and Lincoln. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast and implement regular sales goals and objectives for team members.
- Set individual sales goals per employee within the department.
- Attract, train, motivate and monitor the performance of all service and parts department personnel
- Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and business partners.
- Ensure the staff meets all training requirements.
- Prioritize customer retention by determining a strategic marketing plan, and by communicating with the existing database to maintain the stores goals for active customers.
- Maintaining the highest Customer Retention rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
Qualifications
- 5 + years of automotive dealership service management required
- R&R experience preferred
- Positive attitude / Outgoing personality
- Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
- Great organizational skills
- Experience in managing technicians, advisors, and parts counters.
