Job Description :
The Manistee County Road Commission will accept applications from qualified individuals for a full-time Fleet and Facility Supervisor with other duties as assigned. Candidates must also possess a valid Michigan Drivers license with a current CDL with B endorsement and a medical card with the ability to get an A and N endorsements and air brakes, have an excellent driving record and be able to pass new hire and random drug and alcohol screens, and be available to work extended hours. Experience as a truck and construction equipment mechanic including welding and experience in engine electronic systems for modern equipment, and snowplowing experience is desirable.This employee will prepare bid Documents with Specification, Develop and implement maintenance schedules, prepare work orders, review maintenance reports. They will also be responsible for working one to two weekends a month and occasional holidays.
