We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Coordinator to optimize the fleet team in San Francisco. The Fleet Coordinator is a vital role within Autzu, as they are responsible for the effective management of the parking hub and the fleet associates. By ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained and readily available for rideshare drivers, this role plays a crucial part in supporting Autzu's mission to create a sustainable and efficient vehicle infrastructure for the future of urban transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Help with daily operations of the parking hub, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all activities, including vehicle maintenance, recharging, and cleaning.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and spare parts needed for vehicle maintenance and hub operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to fleet management and the rideshare industry.
- Regularly inspect vehicles in the fleet, identify and resolve issues, and coordinate with the appropriate teams for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance activities, and generate reports as needed for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and customer service, to optimize fleet utilization and address any issues related to vehicle availability or customer satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze hub performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as needed to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and regulatory agencies to support the ongoing success of the parking hub.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact fleet operations and implement necessary changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Some kind of experience in fleet management, operations, or a similar role, with a track record of success in managing teams and meeting performance goals.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
