We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager in Creola, AL.

Job Details:

• $70,000-$100,000/year depending on experience
• Monday thru Friday & occasional Saturdays (Must be available to work Saturdays)
• 6:00 AM Start Time - Plenty of overtime available
• Benefits after 90 days of employment

Job Duties:

• Coordinate, schedule and audit vehicle maintenance repairs
• Managing fleet of 150 trucks
• Supervising 5-8 mechanics
• Assisting techs as needed
• Prioritizing and delegating work assignments
• Willing to work on older model trucks and maintain their upkeep

Qualifications for our Lead Diesel Mechanic positions:

• 5+ years diesel mechanic experience
• Must have supervisory experience
• Strong organizational skills required
• CDL Preferred but not required
