Exercises discretion and independent judgment in oversight and administration of all fleet programs, processes, inititatives, certifications and other assigned tasks.DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Support of the companies fleet maintenance program
  • Able to provide procedural help to terminals.
  • Able to develop data for special reports
• General Office Support
  • Handle parts ordering and invoice processing for assigned locations
  • Maintain a productive and positive relationship with assigned locations
  • Communicate timely on delivery windows
  • Work with vendors directly to expedite any delivery challenges
  • Review possible warranty claims for processing
  • Maintain inventory levels at expected churn rates
  • Ordering of parts, tires, and lubricant products
  • Invoicing, maintaining records on, and following up on title dispersal of sold equipment.
  • Typing, and other clerical duties as requested.

• Create and distribute Weekly and Monthly Reporting as required

• Perform special projects as needed and other duties as assigned.

Additional Job DescriptionEducation and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Self-starter capable of working on independent assignments

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements

• Proven proficiencies with Microsoft Office

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10%
