Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist who provides essential frontline support for fleet-related inquiries through the Fleet Mailbox and Fleet Phone Number. This position works closely with the Fleet Coordinator and Fleet Manager, offers tactical assistance in various fleet management processes, and ensures the timely and accurate maintenance of fleet information. Additionally, the specialist will provide in-person office support for fleet vehicle handling.
Fleet Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related inquiries via the Fleet Mailbox and Fleet Phone Number.
Support the Fleet Manager with fleet management processes.
Collaborate with the Fleet Management Company to ensure comprehensive and accurate fleet information.
Use sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary for timely resolution.
Maintain databases with essential driver and vehicle information, ensuring documents are correctly uploaded.
Process fleet-related paperwork, including new driver information and insurance cards.
Coordinate activities to ensure the operational readiness of drivers and fleet vehicles, escalating issues as needed.
Communicate fleet policies and processes effectively to drivers and managers.
Assist with fleet services by coordinating vehicle exchanges within local business units.
Review and validate driver information to ensure accurate processing of requests.
Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations.
Drive vehicles to/from various locations as needed
Fleet Support Specialist Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Management, Communications, or a related field; or two years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Automotive knowledge is preferred.
Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers.
Demonstrated professionalism and a positive customer service attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based business applications.
