**Minimum Requirements** :

> Flight Attendant Administrative Support

* Leads and directs the administrative support team to achieve division and corporate goals, and to develop and implement programs to support flight attendants with administrative questions and processes.

* Includes all aspects of centralized and base / domicile resource support. Responsible for the administration of Inflight vacation bidding including disputes and trades.

* Responsible for maintaining the system base seniority list and responding to disputes, as well as managing F/A tracking (active /inactive) process, termination, recognitions, and on/off payroll.
