RegularPrimary FunctionTroy 7, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Flight Test Analysis Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). In this position, the selected candidate will support the MDA Targets and Countermeasures (TC) Technical Team at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.Essential DutiesSupport the development, integration, analysis, and documentation of target analysis products for pre-mission and post-mission activitiesfor all MDA Flight TestsPlan test activities and provide recommendations for team assignments to support mission activitiesContribute to development of Target Vehicle notional trajectories and flight scenariosDeploy for test missions and develop data analysis products such as Target Best Estimated Trajectory (BET), Target Quick-look Brief, and Target Launch Time within required 24-hour (quick-look) timeframe, ensuring accuracy of data productsParticipate in target development and test planning activities such as Target System Readiness Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Target and Test Readiness Reviews, providing analysis and recommendationsPrepare technical reports and/or briefingson various technical aspects of Flight Test TargetsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneDesired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work both independently and collaborativelyExperience working independently and/or leading sub-teams to analyze and resolve problemsSkilled in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointSkilled in use of Matlab, and TAOS softwareFamiliar with STK softwareExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weaponsRequired QualificationsA Bachelors degree in STEM field is requiredActive Secret clearance is required, Top Secret desired7+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex/large DoD program/projectsPREFERENCE STATEMENT Preference will be given to Calista shareholders and their descendants and to spouses of Calista shareholders, and to shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, in accordance with Title 43 U.S. Code 1626(g).EEO STATEMENT Additionally, it is our policy to select, place, train and promote the most qualified individuals based upon relevant factors such as work quality, attitude and experience, so as to provide equal employment opportunity for all employees in compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws and without regard to non-work related factors such as race, color, religion/creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, citizenship, genetic information, or other protected status.
