Your compensation: Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide for room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $75,200 - 94,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $75,200 - $112,800. What you'll do: Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and modify Float Teller team schedules, communicate changes, and provide leadership coverage for branches.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to interview and ensure quality applicant pool.
  • Develop, train, and mentor Float Teller team for efficient and friendly member service.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to Float Teller team, conduct staff meetings, and ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Three years or more experience in a Retail Branch Management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required, preferably in a financial institution.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
In addition:
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.
Our hours: A in-person schedule Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm with some scheduling and on call availability required. This position works 40 hours or as business needs dictate.
