We take pride in producing outstanding results and fostering a work environment that allows everyone to contribute to their fullest potential.As a Floating Assistant Community Manager with Bell, you will assist the Community Manager with training, the financial administration of the community, and, in some cases, oversight of the leasing staff on a day-to-day basis. This position is responsible for supporting the Leasing Consultant in the leasing of apartments, ensuring that Fair Housing guidelines are followed, verifying potential resident applications, and leasing apartments if necessary.The Floating Assistant Community Manager may assist at one or more properties in the local area as needed. A valid Driver's License is required for this role.What we can offer you:Opportunities for career growthTotal rewards benefits packageFamily health insurance, 401(k) match, Vacation, Personal Days, and Sick timeCustomized training programsAssociate referral bonus planDiverse, equitable, and inclusive work environmentA culture that empowers you to make a differenceWhat you'll do to make a difference:Post rental collections and make bank depositsMeet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss community performanceConduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changesMaintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community, including generation of reportsProcess notices to vacate & manage delinquency/file evictions as necessary and all associated collections activitiesField resident concerns and coordinate resolution with the Community Manager or other members of the leadership teamPerform administrative duties as assigned by the Community ManagerRegular attendance and punctualityWhat you bring to our team:BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combinationStrong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills requiredOnesite/Rent Roll experience preferred1+ years of property management industry experience preferredPrevious supervisory experience preferredPrevious leasing experience preferredStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel requiredOnesite knowledge preferredMust demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and successfully work on a teamSuperior interpersonal skillsPhysical requirements of the job:Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materialsMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects#LI-RM1About Bell PartnersOur purpose at Bell Partners is to create communities our residents are proud to call home.
