The properties are located in Gresham, OR, Fairfield, OR and Portland, OR. Responsibilities include patrolling of grounds daily to detect maintenance problems that require attention, daily removal of litter, sweeping and blowing off sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, garages and dumpster areas, ensuring the upkeep of common areas and amenities, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the property management team The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.Check out our Company and Community reviews!
