Responsibilities:

• Performing overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets, including dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and shampooing
• Collecting and disposing of trash, recycling, and soiled linen
• Utilizing protective gear and following safety protocols for all cleaning tasks
• Ensuring punctual attendance and timely completion of assigned cleaning areas
• Representing HCSG in a positive and courteous manner with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff
• Interacting with residents, staff, and facility guests in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently without supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must reside in the service area
