As a Floor Care Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and restoring floor finishes to enhance the facility's environment.
• Performing essential cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance.
• Conducting routine floor maintenance, including buffing, carpet shampooing, and refining floors.
• Assisting in the movement of furniture and equipment to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with sanitation standards through diligent attention to detail and regular cleaning schedules.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of floor care and general housekeeping experience preferred, although we offer on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 30 pounds.
• Valid driver's license may be necessary.
