Glacier Hills is seeking a Floor Care Tech (Floor Technician) for their community in Ann Arbor. Full Time 12pm-8pm

Floor Care Tech

  • Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Floor Care including stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and disinfecting daily.
  • Coordinate daily floor care activities with nursing department when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
  • Keep work areas free of hazardous objects such as protruding mop/brook handles, unnecessary equipment, supplies etc.
  • Clean carpets to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting. Remove dirt, dust, grease, film, etc from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Applicable trade school education preferred.
  • 1 yr. of Experienced preferred
