Floor Care Technician - Evening Shift - Healthcare Services Group : Job Details

Campus Services Group is currently hiring a Floor Care Technician for evening shifts. We offer competitive pay of up to $19/hr, Monday - Friday from 3pm-11pm, with great benefits and opportunities for growth. Multiple positions are available at our location in Alexandria, VA.

Position Summary:

• Floor care technicians handle overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpeted areas, ensuring quality standards and safety guidelines are met. This includes dusting, mopping, stripping, waxing, and other cleaning activities.
• They are also responsible for equipment maintenance, proper use of cleaning solutions, and trash/recycling disposal.
• Some outside work may be assigned, including policing grounds.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous school custodial/janitorial experience preferred
• Minimum 1 ½ years' experience in floor care preferred, but on-site training is provided
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Cooperation with co-workers and staff
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks
• Able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
• Must live in service area
• Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers
