Responsibilities

Driver's license and clean driving record are required IF you would like to eventually progress to a lead tech

Carpet, VCT (strip and wax), LVT, Tile & Grout, Wood burnishing, Laminate, and upholstery

Learning different cleaning equipment and assisting with specialized project work jobs.

Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations

Use proper PPE where required

Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as require.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Having a clean NYS Driver License and reliable transportation is a requirement.

Must be willing to work evenings and nights. Willing to work during the day is a plus

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching

Need to be able to lift and manipulate cleaning equipment up to appx 75 lbs.

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude

Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
