In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional floor care and maintenance services across premier commercial facilities. This includes cleaning, restoring, and preserving various surfaces such as carpets, upholstery, stone, tile, grout, metal, vinyl, wood, and concrete. Our technicians utilize cutting-edge equipment and eco-friendly techniques to uphold the highest industry standards.RequirementsJob Responsibilities:

• Master advanced cleaning and restoration techniques for various surfaces, including carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, metal, vinyl, and concrete.
• Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to execute job tasks efficiently using our advanced, high-performance equipment.
• Ensure all tools, vehicles, and workspaces remain clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and proper equipment usage guidelines.
• Travel as needed for client projects and specialized training events.

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with an artisan's approach.
• Excellent teamwork, integrity, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
• Basic computer literacy for logging job details and reports on a mobile app.
• Reliable transportation for off-shift assignments.
• Ability to pass background checks, as required by our high-profile clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in floor cleaning and restoration is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods (6-8+ hours).
• Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting (26-50 lbs.).
• Working in various environments, including commercial and industrial spaces.

Work Schedule and Location:

• In-Person.
• Flexible shifts.
• Evenings and weekends as required. Majority of work takes place during 2nd and 3rd shift.
