Floor Care Technician / St. Paul - Marsden Central : Job Details

Special Services Technician at Marsden Central, L.LC. Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (Work outside of these hours may sometimes be required.)Location: Marsden Headquarters, University Ave in St. Paul Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record are essential.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Duties: Special Services is Marsden's special project team that manages the carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and other specialty cleaning jobs that are requested by our customers. This team uses company vehicles to get to and from job sites, so a valid driver's license is required. As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Turning apartments
• Hard Floor Care
• Carpet Care
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
• Operating cleaning machines
