We are currently recruiting for a first shift Floor Maintenance Supervisor I at Central Regional Hospital. The primary purpose of this position is to direct and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of various types of floor surfaces and other specialized projects for Central Regional Hospital/and JUH Annex South Campus. Job duties include but are not limited to:
* Supervise 4 to 8 employees in floor care (i.e. stripping, refinishing and shampooing carpet).
* Scheduling all the floor finishing and stripping
* Daily upkeep of all floors at CRH and JUH Annex South Campus.
This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package including health insurance and retirement. Flexibility in work schedule is required to meet hospital needs. This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather. Hours are 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, including every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Experience in floor maintenance and equipment.
