Floor Maintenance Technician - Healthcare Services Group : Job Details

Position Summary

• Floor Maintenance Technician - Responsible for maintaining hard surfaces and carpeted areas, including dusting, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, and extraction. Also responsible for trash collection and outside maintenance tasks.
• Safety - Utilize protective gear and adhere to safety guidelines. Report equipment needs and malfunctions promptly. Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Punctuality - Maintain consistent attendance and respond promptly to assignments.
• Customer and Resident Experience - Positively represent the company and maintain pleasant interactions with customers, residents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
• Must live in the service area.
