Floor Manager - Kittles Home Furnishings Center : Job Details

We are looking for a qualified candidate with an extensive background in retail management, preferably in furniture and design, or knowledge of commission-based pay. Kittle's Furniture is a leader in fashionable furniture, with the newest styles and greatest options, for every budget. We provide more furniture choices plus the largest selection of mattresses from all the major brands and most of the items we sell are made or assembled in the USA, some right here in Indiana. About The Role

• Facilitate product training with multiple venders.
• Collaborate with Visual Director to ensure sales floor meets Kittle's standards.
• Ensure a well-organized and efficient stockroom.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales associates.
• Oversee, train and coach sales associates as needed.
• Partner with customer service to resolve any customer related issues.
