Save Philly Stores is a growing company that currently has grocery store locations in PA, DE and NJ. We are looking for talented hard working individuals to add to our rapidly growing team.Responsibilities include:
- Filing all appropriate documentation
- Communicate with store locations
- Maintain all bookkeeping reports, spreadsheets, and files
- Verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Resolving discrepancies and documentation
- Assist Corporate Management as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong ability to carry out job responsibilities in an urgent manner while maintaining accuracy
- Capable of working independently and cross functionally and being accountable for assigned roles and tasks
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
