The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role in 18-24 months. This position offers the opportunity to advance into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician role upon successful completion of the initial 8-to-12-week training. The schedule for this position is typically 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
