**Falcon Farms** is looking for a **Floral Merchandiser** to help care, merchandise, and sell fresh-cut flowers at multiple retail locations in the**Gilbert****, AZ** area. In this dynamic position, you will enjoy working with a dedicated team as we strive to provide quality service to our customers while maintaining the health and well-being of our flowers. Our Floral Merchandisers generally work a **part-time schedule** and a base pay of **$13.00**. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FLORAL MERCHANDISER**

Being the face of our company, as a Floral Merchandiser, you believe that just one positive interaction can change someone's day for the better! You walk into each store with a bright disposition and a smile on your face. A majority of your job revolves around caring for our flowers by ensuring they are fresh, healthy, and being stored correctly. You strive to build lasting relationships with our retailers and strive to maintain that positivity with each and every visit. In this role, you use your own vehicle in order to visit a number of our retailers and provide merchandizing support by keeping track of inventory/stock and organizing displays. You work closely with team members at the store to ensure they are informed and knowledgeable of the service you are providing.

**FLORAL MERCHANDISER QUALIFICATIONS**

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Excellent customer service and people skills

* Able to maintain a flexible schedule

* Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. on an ongoing basis

* Comfortable bending, stooping and lifting products above your shoulders

* Ability to stand and walk on an ongoing basis throughout the shift

* Must have reliable transportation to visit multiple store locations

* Own a smartphone
