We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality and positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting products to enhance the customer experience.

• Assist customers through inbound phone calls in selecting floral arrangements for various occasions.
• Knowledgeable of our floral collections in describing product to the customer.
• Input sales orders accurately and efficiently into the system.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interaction.
• Assist customers in floor sales as needed.

Requirements

• Retail sales, customer service or phone sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
