This will include collecting samples for the lab to analyze, completing all necessary paperwork, sealing all hatches, hoses and transfer points, and performing regular cleaning and maintenance on the equipment used. As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position.This will be a 2nd shift job, 2:30pm to 11:30pm, Mon-Fri, with some overtime. You will work every other weekend for at least one day.
