Flow Cytometry - Immunology - Confidential : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with translational scientists to advance existing programs towards clinical development and generate proof-of-concept for new indications/technologies
• Perform a variety of routine immunology assays including but not limited to ELISA, MSD, Luminex, and ELISPOT
• Maintaining cultures with primary cells and tumor lines
• Execute in vitro cell based assays
• Ex vivo rodent tissue processing and cell isolation

Education:

• BS/MS Degree a related field with at least 3 years of experience

Experience:

• Experience with multicolor flow cytometry (spectral cytometry a plus)
• Experience with maintaining cultures with primary cells and tumor lines
• Experience executing in vitro cell based assays
• Scientific background in immunology (either job experience or formal training preferred)
• Excellent documentation, organizational and communication skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal direction and oversight, adjusting workload and priorities as needed
• Dedicated to working in a matrixed team contributing to shared project and organizational goals.
