A healthcare network with multiple sites around New York is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join one of their Bronx sites. About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (one Saturday per month; gets a weekday off when working a Saturday)
• Hours: 8am to 6pm (one late night shift per week)
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 2 to 3 per hour

• Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Review all test results and recommend suitable management for the patient, including preventive health recommendations and habits
• Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
• Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings

• M.D. / D.O.
• Board Eligible / Certified Family or Internal Medicine
• DEA/BLS/ACLS certifications
• 1-3+ years experience

• Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained
• Fluent in Spanish and English
