Folder/Gluer Operator - frankston packaging : Job Details

Come grow with us as part our Team as a Folder/Gluer Operator. The position of Tray Former Operator is hard work yet rewarding. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment requiring you to have excellent communication and organizational skills. Operate the folder/gluer machine for various types of folding cartons and produce quality products. Read and respond to scheduling software to define machine setup. Understand and practice the correct equipment operation. Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly efficiency goals by exceeding established production and quality standards.

• Set-Up and operate Folder/ GLuer Machinery, and case packing machines.
• Read and understand the order job ticket before make-ready.
• Regularly check carton quality, batch count, and case pack.
• Complete job orders and check final production count against orders.
• Perform operator-level machine repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Comply with all safety and quality procedures.

Machine Operator experience is a plus!
