Folder Operator - Cornerstone Building Brands : Job Details

Company Description JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining folding machines while ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Set up, operate, and monitor folding machines according to job specifications Perform quality checks throughout production runs to maintain product standards Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance Load and unload materials from folding equipment Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of folding equipment Follow all safety protocols and procedures Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience operating industrial folding machines Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret production specifications Basic math skills for measurements and production calculations Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality control Experience with manufacturing safety protocols Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of printing/manufacturing processes preferred Additional Information Site Address: 625 N.
