Folding Operator (Various shifts) - The Challenge Printing Company : Job Details

Description: We are seeking experienced Folding Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing set-ups and troubleshooting on a variety of G&K/Vijuk, Stahl, and MBO folders. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maintaining the highest possible level of product quality and integrity within a CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) production environment.If you have expertise in operating these folding machines and a commitment to quality, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Review specifications of each job before set-up or productionEvaluate type of work, materials and required machine set-upFollow CGMP manufacturing procedures for line clearance & documentationSet up folding to meet customer specification and tolerancesWork together with QA andproduction personnel to ensure quality outputMaintain establishedproductivity and output goals.Troubleshoot to resolve problems - make adjustments as needed to settings and equipment for maximum efficiency.Correctly identify the cause(s) of problems before attempting to solve themPack at folding station as neededRecord production and set-up information into electronic formsAssist other operators in daily productionPerform daily and preventative maintenance on machinesComplete maintenance logsOther duties may be assignedExperience:G&K/Vijuk Machine Operator: 3+ year (Preferred)Manufacturing: 3+ year (Preferred)Requirements:Position requires high school diploma or general education degree (GED)3 to 5 years prior job-related experienceInterpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to work independentlyPIc1c10380b69b-35216-#######8
