Reporting to the Food Assembly Manager, you will collaborate with a designated food production team to achieve daily objectives. A day as a Food Production Supervisor: • Supervise day-to-day productions for an assigned kitchen.• Make sure all areas are kept well organized and all stock refills are ready for the next day. • Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions within the cosigned sector. • Make sure golden samples are used, team members follow specs, all documentation is completed, and random checks are done. • Lead and motivate the food production team. • Review production plan daily with management & communicate to the team.• Support in streamlining current process, e.g., accessibility, quality, and production assurance to guarantee best productivity. • Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations. • Responsible for adherence to Personnel Practices (GMP's) and Processing Practices within the scope of the position. • Provide training and guidance to new hires while ensuring optimal staffing levels are consistently maintained. • Monitor attendance and meal breaks.• Maintain production controls systems including daily production processes.• Motivate, train, schedule and lead food assembly helpers.In case you do not know who we are: We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. Who you are: • Experience in a high-volume food service or food manufacturing establishment. • Culinary knowledge in terms of procedures and practices. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timeline goals and deadlines. • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook. • Strong leadership skills. • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and general food safety standards knowledge is required. • Knowledge of catering set-up procedures and presentation skills. • Ability to communicate and write in English. • Ability to work with a diverse group.• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently. • Hands-on approach, self-driven and dedicated personality. • Be flexible to be on different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
