Summary:Responsible for communication between the Executive Chef / culinary operations and the other departments within the resort. Position requires candidate to maintain a high level of administrative work and organization. Must interact positively and professionally with many managers and line staff. - Is responsible for generating reports for the Executive Chef
- Will interact with other departments on a daily basis
- Must be organized, efficient and accurate
- Will perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications and Competencies:
- Attention to detail is of the utmost importance
- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Will have some knowledge of the food industry
- Must have at least 2 years administrative support experience
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Must be able to adapt to changes in a fast paced, dynamic, and sometimes intense work environment
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check
