This position will perform other tasks such as but not limited to handling cash registers, taking orders, delivering orders , cleaning work areas, stocking product, and counting inventory. The F&B Associate II may also work in any of the Casino Venues to include the Floor or the Kitchen. The F&B Associate II shall perform all functions in accordance with applicable laws and gaming regulations, as well as established policies, procedures and controls of the department as well as the Casino.SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Delivers remarkable cutomer service to all customers and team members by:
- Welcoming customers immediately with enthusiasm and a happy attitude
- Treat all customers in a manner that ensures their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our Guests expectations.
- Get the customers name and use their name throughout their experience
- Learn about the customer, their occupations, favorite drinks and/or appetizer.
- Always show respect to the customer and your team members
- Be attentive! Offer your assistance before the customer has to ask for it
- Be alert! Acknowledge the customer so they know you will be right with them.
- Shall have complete knowledge of the Casino's food and/or beverage preparations or understand where to find the recipes.
- Maintain specific side-work to ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the food & beverage dept.
- Shall be responsible for the quality and timeliness of ordered menu items by the customer's and team members.
- All team members are required to clear empty and/or left behind tables, clean and push-in chairs, vacuum and/or sweep carpet, mop floors, etc ...
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform . Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential and expected .
- Shall act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the entertainment culture.
- Shall maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the Casino operating to standard and to set a positive example for other co-team members.
- Observe customer in order to anticipate their needs as well as assist other team members.
- Communicates information to the manager and supervisor that is relevant to the department.
- May assist with new team member training. Shall positively reinforce successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Shall maintain regular and punctual attendance with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Shall assist with other duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age and able to attain an Oklahoma Able Commission Liquor License and a Sac & Fox Nation Liquor License
- Able to attain Gaming License from the Sac and Fox Nation Gaming Commission
- Able to attain a certificate for the Learn2Serve On-Premises Alcohol Seller/Server Course - Course training is online.
- Able to attain a food handlers certification -training is online.
- Excellent communication skills to include friendly, outgoing personality and a sense of urgency when taking/delivering orders.
- Knowledge of or the Ability to learn to operate the food preparation and other equipment used in the Casinos Food & Beverage Venue's.
- Ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items
- Ability to serve alcohol products responsibly.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, flexible and responsible
- Basic Reading, writing and mathematical (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all monetary units of measure) skills
- Ability to use a computerized cash register to input Guests orders and close the ticket.
- Multi-task oriented
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- 6 months related experience preferred
- Ability to work well with all team members.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES:
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Ability to apply principles of logical, commonsense thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
