• Responsible for the receiving, storing and inventorying of all alcoholic products.

• Maintain the loading dock and receiving areas, hand trucks and push carts.

• Responsible for supplying beverages to the Food and Beverage outlets before, during and after service as requested.

• Maintain positive relationships with beverage managers to develop and maintain organization of the storerooms and conduct/assist with monthly hotel Beverage Inventory, placing orders, identifying credits and returns and conciliating daily activities in the storerooms.

• Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments

• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs

Must Haves

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

• One year minimum of customer service

• Basic beverage knowledge, a plus

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift

• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis

• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10°F) and kitchens (+110°F)

The pay scale for Food & Beverage Clerk is $28.00. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
