You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining guest satisfaction by creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. From the moment guests enter their room, the attendant ensures they experience a sense of relief and comfort.Essential Job Functions:* Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction* Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments* Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met* Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures* Interview, hire, and train in the procedures and techniques of Food & Beverage for the efficient operation of the outlet* Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areasPhysical Demands:* Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 40 pounds and to operate various food and beverage equipment* Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areasQualifications:Education:*

High school diploma or its equivalentExperience:*
