We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our concessions areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer
• Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
• Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
• Accurately take customer food & beverage orders
• Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment
• Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers
• Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed
• Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food
• May be asked to cook/prepare food items
• Provide world-class customer service
• Strive to create excellent food & beverage experiences for all guests
• Additional tasks as assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage industry required
• Food Handler's Card preferred
• Must be age 16 or older

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Will be required stand for extended periods of time
• Facility has intermittent noise
