1st & 2nd shifts

Pay rates $16.50 - $17.50

Production Line Duties: Assist in the daily operations of food production, including sorting, grinding, and packaging Food products.

Lifting & Carrying: Safely lift and carry heavy boxes, bags, or containers up to 40 lbs or more, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed to avoid injury.

Work in High Heat: Ability to work in a hot and sometimes humid environment, as our food production area can get intense. Personal comfort with heat is essential.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and masks, particularly when handling chili peppers, spices, or hot ingredients.

Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality and freshness, reporting any inconsistencies to supervisors.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production, sharing knowledge, and assisting others when needed.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the production area, including basic maintenance of tools and machinery.
