Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Operations Manager 2 to join our food services healthcare team at Erlanger East Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Erlanger East Hospital is a full service 120-bed community hospital with a lifestyle focus. Erlanger East embraces a healthy lifestyle and is looking for food management to enhance their image in healthy food.
The Food Operation Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for day to day oversight of retail, catering, patient food service satisfaction, and the operational effectiveness at the unit. The department uses At Your Request Room Service for patients and has a Fresh Inspirations Caf. This position will support 20 frontline employees.

Qualifications & Requirements:Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceBasic Management Experience - 2 yearsBasic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
