**What will you be doing?**
Packers will be responsible for unpacking/unboxing the frozen packaged products and placing them on racks for defrosting. When product is defrosted it will need to be removed from the thawing racks and the outer plastic removed and placed into plastic containers to be sent to the cut shop (specialized cuts).

**Working environment:**
This client smokes the meat after it has thawed so you will be working in an environment with fresh meat and a strong smoke smell. You will be working with Ham, bacon and sausage products.
