Wage: $16.00 Per Hour

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow verbal and written instructions to prepare, cook and serve hot and cold foods determined by the supervisor.
  • Assemble, operate, and disassemble the following equipment: Meat and cheese slicer, food processor, R-2/Robocoupe, food choppers, and cutters, food blenders and mixers (floor and table models).
  • Operate saute burners, convection oven, kettle steamer, warming unit, pizza oven, microwave, grill/flat top and fryer. Work with various pots/pans, platters, dishes and hand held utensils and knives.
  • Receive, unpack, rotate and stow deliveries per supervisor's instruction.
  • Lift, move, and store food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height up to approximately 35 pounds.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Use mops, brooms, dust pans, buckets, cleaning towels and agents to clean and sanitize work areas.
  • Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
  • Follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regard to equipment use and personal hygiene.
  • This position may be called upon to perform other job related duties as determined by the supervisor.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
