Role Overview:

Sodexo is offering an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager 3 at Grand River Medical Center in Rifle, CO. In this dynamic, high-volume food service environment, you'll manage purchasing, inventory, and production to ensure meals are delivered on time and to the highest quality for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:
  • Procurement: Work with vendors on procurement items. Responsible for purchasing manager and purchasing financial audits
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient services
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop strategic plans

What You Bring:
  • a strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends
  • a strong production culinary background, ideally in an up-scale restaurant/retail/catering environment
  • menu planning experience and a strong understanding of current culinary trends
  • a strong understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory and labor management concepts
  • the ability to successfully lead, develop and train a team
  • Servsafe certified as well as working knowledge of HACCP and experience with Health and Safety audits

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
