OverviewResponsible for the delivery of items from kitchen, storage rooms, coolers, and freezers.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* Must be 18 years of age or older.* Quick service foods, arena, or stadium venue experience preferred.* Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.* Must obtain and maintain a state alcohol server certificate and Food Handlers certification.* Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.* Required to maintain a valid Driver's License.* Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.* Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos.* Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.QualificationsJOB DUTIES:* Maintain a neat and professional appearance.* Responsible for location set-up based on event guidelines.* Deliver items from kitchen, storage rooms, coolers, and freezers.* Adhere to established par stock levels.* Maintain an awareness of rotating product, minimize waste, and be mindful of cost of products.* Must be familiar with all policies related to liquor liability laws.* Obtains proper food handling and alcohol service training and certifications.* Assists in concessions or bar areas as needed such as filling up condiments, point of purchase displays, stocking shelves with product, wiping down surfaces.* Organizes storerooms as assigned.* Ensures correct temperatures of hot and cold food and beverage products.* Receives, unpacks, and stores all supplies and goods, ensuring stock is accounted for.* Reports all needed repairs to supervisor.* Removes all product from stands and returns them to storage areas when event ends. All equipment must be cleaned and stored properly at this time.* Perform any other duties assigned by management.* Maintain an awareness of all functions, events, and meetings taking place at any given time.* Assist in bar setup and opening.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Assist in closing Bar.* Stocking the bar stations to par.TOOLS & EQUIPMENT* Bus trays, dishware, silverware, glasswarePHYSICAL DEMANDS:* Required to stand for up to 8 hours per day.* Ability to sit, walks, stoops, kneel or crouch while performing duties.* Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.* Ability to use arms to reach and lift above shoulders.* Must have normal auditory and good verbal communication.* Ability to lift, push, or pull upwards of 25 pounds.WORK ENVIRONMENT:* Work is typically performed within a kitchen and Casino setting.* Exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level.* Exposure to heat, cold, fumes and steam.* Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
