Our winter employment dates are December to April.Responsibilities Include:* Support restaurant operations by aiding in delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner* Deliver food and beverages in an efficient manner while carrying the appropriate and designated equipment* Communicate clearly with the front of house and kitchen staff* Assist in serving orders to members and guests* Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation* Responsible for bussing of tables and assisting with glassware upkeep* Maintaining a clean, organized dining area and work station* Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadershipPosition Requirements:* Three (3) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.* Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
