While working under the Manager, you'll oversee the preparation of deli sandwiches (sometimes up to 500-600 a day!) and convenience store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from opening to closing. You'll handle food orders, forecast production, assist with customer service, and oversee POS functions-all while maintaining high-quality standards.Your day-to-day will involve assisting and training a dynamic team of student employees, ensuring they stay organized and on track, and helping resolve any issues that arise. You'll help maintain inventory, keep the store stocked and organized, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.As a Food Service Coordinator I, you'll also ensure that food preparation follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meets quality and sanitation standards. You'll oversee safety and cleanliness, ensuring the West Side Market operates smoothly.
