The Maple Tree Inn is looking for a Food Service Crew Member in Sunnyvale, CA, US to join our evening hospitality team. We need a server with a positive attitude who can provide exceptional customer service while having fun with our guests. Your responsibilities will include managing food preparation, serving at the buffet line, taking drink orders from customers, crafting a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, serving beer and wine, and keeping the bar area clean and sanitized. $19.50 - $21 hourly + Tips DOE

• Greet our guests and provide outstanding service throughout the hospitality hours
• Verify in-house guests and charge beverages accordingly
• Setup Hospitality room with bar
• Responsible for heating up and replenishing appetizers
• Responsible for replenishing and serving alcohol
• Assist with guest requests and questions
• Communicate with the Front Desk department to update charges for guests
• Always maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Maintain the register for the bar
• Complete all relevant checklists during a shift
• Any other related tasks as requested by the Guest Service Manager

• Friendly, energetic, and welcoming personality is a must for this Food Service Crew Member position in Sunnyvale, CA, US
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role
• Being a highly motivated team player is essential to contribute to a positive work environment
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality are important traits for this role, as providing excellent customer service is a priority
• Prior experience as a bar server would be preferred for this position
• Food preparation and love of meal planning a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are necessary
• Basic numerical operations skills, including counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, are needed for this role
• The candidate must be available and willing to work Monday to Thursday evenings
