FISHER ELEMENTARY SCHOOLFOR THE2024 - 2025 SCHOOL YEARReports to: Harry S. Fisher Elementary School Lead CookJob Purpose: To prepare and present nutritious lunches throughout the school year. Also, after lunch has concluded to assist in kitchen clean-up.Major Responsibilities:* Assist in preparing daily lunches.* Learn the various food stations and methods of display.* Help maintain clean kitchen.* Notify the Lead Cook of any equipment in need of maintenance or repairs.* Develop a knowledge of State regulations.* Learn the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, as necessary.These statements describe the essential responsibilities of the job; other duties not described here maybe assigned as needed.
